How long do you keep my photo

We keep it stored for one year in case you decide to order more prints

Should I take my contacts out?

Yes, please remove your contact lenses prior to the session. Will not be able to capture the details of your iris with contact lenses in

Does the print come framed?

The print will come in a protective sleeve with foam board backing. For an additional charge, we will have a matting and framing option that can be discussed at the time of your appointment as it will vary by size

Do we get a digital copy?

A high-resolution digital image is included with the purchase of one of our packages and cannot be purchased individually. Refer to our pricing page by clicking here

What print sizes are available?

Photos printed on Premium Photo paper are available in 8.5X11 and 13X19. 

Metal Prints will be available in 10X10, 8X12 and 12X18 for an additional charge

How long until I receive my product?

This is a custom piece of artwork, therefore the amount of time needed will vary depending on sizes, quantity as well as artistic effects that are requested. A single iris with little or no artistic effects may be completed with an hour or two however, it may take 1 business day if artistic edits are requested. We will be able to give you an accurate ETA at the time of your appointment. Metal prints however will take 7-10 business days, and can be shipped directly to your house. 

Do I need to make a booking? 

We are currently operating by appointment only. The online booking will allow you to book an appointment if its at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled time. We are currently only booking out 7 days in advance therefore if you do not see a time that is available, please call or text us as we may be able to get you in.  Sometimes there may not be any availability as I will occasionally close up for events, vacation, etc. but please call or text me and we may be able to accommodate 

Can I get my pet's iris photographed 

Unfortunately we are currently unable to accommodate pets however, this is something that we may be able to offer in the near future 

What is the age limit?

As long as your child can sit very still for a few minutes and have the ability to look directly where we tell them, it shouldn't be a problem. You as the parent will be the best judge of this if it is something that they will be able to do
